A global leader with over three decades of expertise in machinery manufacturing for mineral beneficiation operates in 21 countries. Specializing in conveyor belt components, their services include manufacturing, R&D, and periodic audits and repairs of conveyor systems. 

For over two decades, their conveyor audit processes relied heavily on manual, paper-based methods. Field auditors were tasked with visiting industrial plants, often covering up to 12 conveyor belts across expansive areas, manually filling out forms. These notes were then sent back to the central office for data entry before any action could be taken. This approach caused delays in scheduling repairs and providing services, significantly impacting turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
